How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 5 to 8 working days across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon - sign up for our email list to be notified.

What is the free shipping threshold?

Free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 10,000.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes - contact us at support@ryzuwear.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

How do I know which size to order?

Visit our Size Guide (or use the size assistant on each product page) for full measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How should I care for my RYZU garments?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry - hang to dry to maintain shape and fabric quality.

Are your products true to size?

RYZU garments are cut to an athletic fit. Most customers find them true to size.
