Shipping

  • How long does delivery take? Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan. Express options are available at checkout.
  • Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon - sign up for our email list to be notified.
  • What is the free shipping threshold? Free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 10,000.

Orders & Returns

  • What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Visit our Returns page for full details.
  • Can I exchange my item for a different size? Yes - contact us at [your email] within 14 days and we'll arrange an exchange subject to availability.
  • How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Products

  • How do I know which size to order? Visit our Size Guide page for full measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
  • How should I care for my RYZU garments? Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry - hang to dry to maintain shape and fabric quality.
  • Are your products true to size? RYZU garments are cut to an athletic fit. Most customers find them true to size.

Customization

  • Do you offer custom team or corporate orders? Yes - visit our Customized page or contact us directly to discuss bulk and custom orders.

3. Women's collection expansion

This is a product decision but here's the recommended build order based on what sells best in premium activewear:

  1. High waist leggings (your highest demand women's product)
  2. Sports bra (pairs with leggings for a set)
  3. Oversized hoodie (lifestyle crossover - huge seller)
  4. Jogger pants (comfort + style)
  5. Matching set (leggings + sports bra packaged together)
  6. Tank top

When you're ready to launch new women's products, come back and we'll write the product descriptions in the RYZU voice for each one.

4. "Back In Stock" notifications

  • Install Back In Stock — Restock Alerts from Shopify App Store (free)
  • This adds a "Notify me when available" button to all sold out products automatically
  • Customers sign up → get an email the moment you restock
  • This turns your sold out problem into a built-in restock marketing list
