Return policy

What we accept

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original packaging where possible
  • Free from odour, marks, or signs of use
What we don't accept
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Socks and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
How to return

Return process — step by step

Contact us first. Email us at support@ryzuwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Pack your item securely. Place the item in its original packaging if possible, with tags still attached.

Ship it back. Send the item to the address provided in our confirmation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service - RYZU is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Receive your refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds & exchanges

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange it.

If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund or store credit instead.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you've received a faulty item or something that doesn't match your order, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on RYZU's part.
