● Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days across Pakistan.

● Delivery time may vary depending on your location and order volume.

● Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

● Free shipping on orders above Rs. 10,000.

● Standard shipping charges may apply on orders below this amount.

● We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

● Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.

● Prepaid payment options may also be available at checkout.

● Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

● We offer easy exchanges for our customers.

● Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

● Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags & packaging intact.

● Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

● Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
